Bernard and Debbie wish to thank all family, friends and neighbours for their kind messages of sympathy, floral tributes, donations to 'The Alzheimer's Society' and for attending Sheila's funeral service.
A big thank you to Carlton St.Surgery, Queen's Hospital, Queen's Medical Centre, the Ambulance Service and Paramedic's, Horace Pritchard House, Social Services, the Midlands Cooperative Funeral Services and Chris Goodwin for the funeral service.
Also a special thank you to Poplar's Nursing Home for providing Sheila with excellent care and for offering support and comfort to the family. Sheila will be greatly missed by us all.
